The perfect transition instrument from tenor to Bass trombone. The bore, .555 is not much bigger than a large bore tenor so is easy to fill. I bought this hooter for myself and having done a fair bit of work to it, it has been good fun. It has been fully serviced, de scale, chem clean, valve lapped and lubed, slide aligned so is in tip top mechanical order. Dating from 1961 and although the lacquer has some wear it is in pretty good order for its age. It has a 9″ rose brass bell and a nickel slide. It also has its original British 555 silver plated mouthpiece and is presented in a B&H hardshell case.
