General

The information given on our website is correct at the time of publishing however it is our policy to constantly improve. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice.

Online orders

We will always strive to process and dispatch online orders as soon as possible however in certain circumstances an order can take up to 3 working days to process. If you have any issues processing an order please do not hesitate to contact us via our Get In Touch page.

Prices

AT Brass Repair is at present not VAT registered so advertised prices are not subject to VAT.  We reserve the right to change advertised prices. Quotations for Instrument repairs will be honoured for a period of 30 days after which a refreshed quotation will be required. Payment for online sales must be paid for before dispatch and payment for repairs on collection unless terms previously agreed. Payment for repairs can be made by cash, cheque or card.

Warranty

All Instruments or repair works are covered by a return to base mechanical warranty unless the instrument is new and covered by a manufacturers warranty.  This does not include misuse or abuse. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund goods damaged in transit.

Returns and Refunds

Unwanted or unsuitable instruments returned with 14 days, providing they are received in good condition, will be refunded in full less the carriage price. Accessories returned within 14 days of purchase will be refunded in full less carriage price, providing they are in fully saleable condition. All goods will be dispatched having been packaged appropriately returns are expected to be received accordingly. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
